A really nice printer. Unbelievable easy to set up on both our mobiles (iPhone and Samsung) and wirelessly on our Windows 11 laptops. Print speed in excellent and crystal clear. s sided copying is really fast and the copy is almost identical to the original. It replaced an aging HP Officejet 8*** series printer and I was amazed at the improvements including the physical size and weight compared to my old one. I have also claimed the promotional £40 cash back which is running presently without any problems. I have signed up to instant ink which to me is a no brainer at £3 per month approx. for my usage. All in all I am delighted with my purchase and would happily recommended this printer to anyone.

No mention in the installation instructions of the need to remove a previously installed different model HP printer. Wasted 2 hours follwing the installation instructions and failing to get the printer to work. Was about to put it back in the box and return to Amazon for a refund when approached the problem via Windows 11 printer installation and it started working. Have just removed the AI assistant as it just added unnecessary delay to document printing. HP online installation guide needs updating in my opinion

The printer is fine, good quality etc. but if you print more than a a couple of hundred pages a month don’t do Instant Ink (HPs postal ink service) - in fact don’t buy this printer at all, pay the extra and buy the tank version. It’s life changing, really. I have not topped the ink up in probably 6 months and I reckon I print an average of 700-900 pages a month. This printer (the one in review) is now at home and used by the family to print 20 pages/month because it was cheaper to buy a whole new printer than pay for cartridges or instant ink.

This is a very disappointing product. I have been using HP Officejet Pros for many years. The first was a wonderful workhorse. But eventually it died. The next, the current design, gave me continuous trouble because of its need for a wifi link. I spent many hours on the phone with support desks. I purchased a wifi extender and was told that they are incompatible with the printer. Eventually it died - after 25 months (just outside guarantee). My current model is very frustrating. It spends ages clunking and adjusting before it can do any work. There have been continued problems with wifi, even though it is connected to the computer by cable. Eventually I purchased a new wifi extender to place nearby. Still occasional wifi problems - and the clunking and waiting before it prints. In addition, though it is supposedly an identical model, it is incompatible with my existing ink stock - wasting £140 ink. It is a pity this printer has been spoilt by the requirement for wifi connection. I have been advised, and I agree, that it is the ideal model for my needs as a solopreneur. It needs a redesign - back to the original. Remove the requirement for wifi - or improve the wifi reception.

Dans mon jeune temps tout le software arrivait sur un CD; maintenant il faut chercher entre HP scan ou smart dont la présentation écran n'est pas digne d'HP. Côté positif le hardware est fonctionnel.
