This checks out. I feel more circulation against the skin than copper compression. It is like rotating bristles are penetrating an inch or so into the tissue, removing stagnation. I am 5'11 200 lbs and bought a medium and it is not too tight so I wonder how much smaller / tighter it could be without being uncomfortable. Regardless, it would still be worth wearing if it is not more baggy than your casual fit. Skin tight is ideal. I wish I could get this in a workout hoodie.

Gave a star because is required, if not 0 star from me... very dissapointed. Says compression shirt and is just a regular shirt... people here lying saying is tight n makes them look slimmer when it don't do nothing. Don't waste your money on this.

I seen a lot of comments on here talking about the shirt and how it fits too tight, but the whole point of the shirt is it is supposed to fit tight. I ordered a size based on what I thought I should be wearing, which is a large and I’m a 200 pound guy that stands 5 foot 9 inches. It is a snug fit, but that’s the whole point. I found that when I wore this shirt underneath my work clothes or my gym clothes that it did a very efficient job of wicking sweat. I was even able to go for runs wearing the shirt which tells you that it’s not as tight as everybody is saying on here. Now, unless you have totally flat abs currently in which case you wouldn’t need this shirt, I don’t see what the downside of it would be.

I got size medium. I have under armour shirts that are tighter than this. Really disappointed, I need the compression for anxiety and this just doesn't cut it. Also, nothing like the picture. I need medium length but obviously missing like 2 inches of radius in order to fit this shirt.

Much relief for a near-fully fused spine. Felt it pulling somewhat 78 yr-old hunched shoulders back where they belong. Great support for the spine, too.Will report back after month’s use.

I love the size of this shaping vest. It might actually be helpful for me to build a better body.

As advertised,.would buy again.
