I want to attach it around the concrete deck of the pool.** A: Can't bend it, but you can make a miter cut **Q: Brightness need to be 6500k is that what these are ?** A: First off, these are only the channels, not the led itself. Also, 6500K is color (daylight), not brightness. **Q: can this be used under thr hand of a outdoor deck handrail. it would have direct exposure to elements but some UV exposure for sure?** A: They're not water tight, and I think if they're exposed to the elements, water could get inside and compromise your LED Strip Lights. **Q: can you pin point where the LEDs are? I need them to be very diffused.** A: If you stare at the strip you will see the dots. Nothing can diffuse 100%.
