These purge packets worked great in our hot tub. We drain our hot tub about three times a year and we put one of these in to clean out all the gunk in the jets before we empty it and they do wonders. They are super easily to use. You just year it open and pour it in. Great value for the money!

Run this every few months before draining and refilling the spa. Works great. Almost too great. Will gross you out the first time you see it working. Chemicals act real fast and you will start seeing yellow gunk rising almost instantly after getting this stuff in the water. Protip - after using this a few times if you monitor this and baby sit it while it's doing it's work, use one of the hand skimmers to skim off all the nasty yellow foam that gets produced and toss it out continuously as it's produced. It will save you a lot of scrubbing later. If you just run this stuff and leave it alone it will dry on the shell pretty good and takes some effort to scrub it all back off with a towel or sponge.

It works better than the product description and I highly recommend it for anyone with a hot tub. Prepare yourself for the scarry gunk that comes out the first time you use it. Very easy to use liquid with a pleasant smell. THe single use packets are a great value. Make sure you rinser very well after you dump your tub.

This product is great for clearing out biofilm before doing a water change in my hot tub. There’s always a lot of gunk that comes out that I never expect. The main drawback is that you absolutely must keep on top of wiping off the shell around the water line while running the purge and pumping, otherwise the gunk gets hard to remove.

Our hot tub has never had a deep jet clean and was stored for 1 year. As you can see from the pictures, the first cycle has a lot of gunk. For thoroughness I drained and refilled it and ran a second batch and the foam was much whiter and clean. This told me that the first run did a great job.

Great product just dump and let the tub run a cycle. Cleans great.

Hot tub was in need of serious cleaning and this product was perfect for dealing with the body oils and grime that tend to stick to the tub. Will always use this from now on.

This stuff is amazing. I have used MANY other cleaners and while they all seem to do something, the crud and weird material that comes out of the tub when using this stuff is just nuts. Its easy to use but so much stuff came out of the tub it overflows and when the suds disappate you're left with a sticky oily sustance on everything so try not to let it dry and wipe it off while its still wet. All in all, I would not own a tub without this stuff.

This stuff worked really well. It's my first hot tub and I've never used any other product so i have nothing to compare it to but i can tell you the foam that accumulated after i poured this in and turned the jets on was nasty, brown and green and all kinds of gross. And all you do is scoop all that up and throw it away, drain your tub, then clean, rinse and remove ther rest from the inside, and fill it back up and you're good. Nice knowing all that nasty stuff is getting removed from the plumbing. Great product.

This stuff gets everything it touches shiny and clean, but be sure not to let it dry completely as it will be hard to scrub off. I hosed the shell of my hot tub down as it was draining and used a microfibre cloth to wipe down the sides as the water dropped. Normally I clean the shell after draining with another product, but didn't need to as this gel cleaned everything.

Utilisé pour mon spa aussitôt que je l'ai reçu. La crasse semble avoir sorti, la mousse produite était colorée et plutôt dégueulasse. Je trouve que l'odeur de "marre à canard" s'est dissipée. D'habitude même quand je change l'eau du spa, l'odeur reste et là il est en train de se remplir et il ne sent plus. J'ai fait attention de bien vider les tuyaux en poussant de l'air dans les jets avec une Shop vac. À suivre lorsqu'il sera de nouveau plein mais je crois que ça fait le travail!!
