Its build quality is very good. Its easy to setup and provided instructions are pretty clear. Its faster than other Wi-Fi smart home products for faster, more stable and reliable connections. We can control the smart plug from anywhere at any time via the app, or just use simple voice commands to Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, etc.

I initially really like this product. Good value for money, smart design, but for some reason I have found that after a couple of months they seem to lose connection and have to be deleted and re-added to the smart home. This has happened a few times and I'm not sure why. One is in the same room is the Smart hub and router, and the other is next door. Hence I would not buy these again.

Worked as expected with my Home Assistant setup with my Apple Home TV acting as a thread border router. Fairly trivial to set up once you have a matter/thread network. Device seems to be a good quality and doesn't give me any concerns about plugging it in. It definitely seems to be in a good spot re: price - far less expensive than some options but not so cheaply built that it would have you worried about it handling mains! Notably, the device does not measure or record the amount of power consumed. I had wrongly assumed that the product would do this, but on reviewing the description, I can see that this was my mistake!

They got back to me really quickly with solutions, and the issue was sorted in no time. Really impressed with their aftercare! If you’re looking to expand your smart home setup, these plugs are a solid choice. The more Thread devices you have, the better everything works together. Definitely worth it!

These were painful to set-up. I ended up giving up and trying again days later. Each plug took multiple (~10–15) attempts before it would connect. Once connected, I had a few issues, with 2 of the plugs not responding after being unplugged then plugged in again. Eventually they started working, but I'm a little sceptical. It's only been a few days and I haven't noticed any drop-outs yet but will keep an eye on them. Beyond this, they're compatible with multiple ecosystems thanks to Matter. I haven't used energy monitoring. The quality is fine. They're on the slightly larger side than some of the other Matter plugs available, I had to use an adapter for one of them to make it fit. There was a firmware update ready for each of these once they had been set up. The response time is near-instant when they are online Overall, it was a very frustrating set-up process to the extent that I was planning to return them. Now that they're online, they work as expected.

Wonderful product. Working perfectly fine with alexa .Easy installing setup. Compatibility add Wi-Fi connection is very good.

Communication with device is not working.

This plug looks great. it is probably one of the rarest plugs that support matter of thread so far I have no issues with it.
