Buy another brand
Ordered 2 for xmas presents for my girls..items are nice but the battery life is terrible, last for not even 10 minutes even though they have been fully charged..also to mention that they go very slow with or without the cart attached..not impressed especially at the price we're brought for

Missing parts
I ordered this item for my child for Christmas, he used the hover board part which he was happy with and was enjoying his Christmas present. When we came to assemble the go cart the from wheel and grips were missing. When I contacted to ask for the missing parts to be sent out, I was advised this couldn't be done. I would have to return the whole think and wait 14 days for a refund. Leaving my child without his new present for nearly 3 weeks.

Not happy with items
Good while it lasts. Power shuts down and cuts of power when it wants to even when it’s fully charged. Shame as it does this to both that I have brought and children have been upset by this as I paid a lot of money for both.

Don't recommend only holds charge for about 10 mins very upset 8 year old

I have only just built the seated part up for my grandson and the welded handle has fallen off please can you replace this, lucky if he was on it for an hour he’s distraught x

Poor Adapters
I've bought two of these. The plugs have broken after this first charge. I have photos. Why the plug is made of plastic I'll never know.

Poor service and quality
This is the second time, first time it came with missing parts, then upon failed delivery attempts for second time of late service. This was a Xmas present and my son hasn’t been able to go on this at all. Very poor quality not happy with this I would avoid purchasing this product.
