Update to my review below: I hired an electrician to look at the light that didn’t work. He explained that it was an installation issue and that one of the wires became loose or disconnected. He reconnected it and now the light/fan works perfectly. All 7 of them are working and still beautiful. I plan to buy more. I bought 7 of these in July 2023 and paid to get them installed. Now for one, the light doesn’t work but the fan does. Amazon says the return and support window is closed so I there is no help to get it replaced or fixed. Waste of time and money I say.

Putting it together was easy and installing does not take a genius. But when dealing with electrical you need to know at least what color goes to what wire.. I only have black and white wire.. we only had a light fixture in the room without the fan.. so this fan worked out perfectly because with a actual Ceiling fan we would have had to do a whole rewire.. the way this fan is set up is more like one you would plug in.. So you don't need the "green wire" I believe.. so we wired the black with black and the white to red.. my daughter absolutely loves it.. the fan air seems to just blow down, and not circulates like a normal one does.. but definitely cools down the room... If you have a light fixture. And don't want to rewire your house just for a fan, this is the perfect product.

6 fan speeds. On the highest you’ll hear it.. sounds like a stand up fan on the middle setting but has the power of the highest. Would not necessarily recommend to keep a large room cool, but will hold it’s own to circulate the air. It’s quite enough to allow me to sleep through the night with it on and I’m a pretty light sleeper. I love that you can change the color of the light from warm to cool. The brightest cool is daylight - it’s very bright! The lowest warm is perfect for winding down at night, but not wanting to be in the dark. The ring and blades Are plastic, but it doesn’t look cheap, in my opinion. You can’t tell what it’s made of when it’s turned on. Honestly, if you were to walk into the room during the day with it off, you wouldn’t immediately notice it’s plastic. If you’re in a budget, this is perfect. I also love that it doesn’t block the view to my tv like a standard ceiling fan would have.

Waited a few months before writing my review. Installation was easy since the unit is lightweight. Combined the brown wire with the white wire, blue wire with the black. Added cap, twist and make sure it was tight and secure. Green wire curled it to screw that connect to metal box in ceiling for ground. Fan and light works great. Has 6 speeds, that can be reverse or forward. Has 3 LED-strip light color setting in soft white, cool white and daylight white. I prefer the soft white. It is also dimmable. It's does not dim to a nightlight, but low enough. The higest setting is very bright. I have this unit in a room that's 12 feet by 15 feet and works very well, keeps the area comfortably cool on just the lowest setting. Remote control works well. Electricity wise, it is energy efficent, and will help save money on the electric bill, compared to the previous one that was a traditonal 5 blade with dimmable LED bulbs. I took off 1 star, since on the "manual" it says you can use the QR code to use the app with your phone/tablet. I scanned it to my Android phone, Android tablet, Apple iphone, Apple tablet. NONE WORK! The app is useless. I downloaded other bluetooth apps to see if they are compatible to work with this fan/light. None will pair with it. Overall, its a good until, very quiet, not meant for a massive room, but an area 300 sq ft, it will keep the place cool. The bluetooth control app is a worthless POS.

I got this fan back in January 2023 and even though the fan was smaller then expected I was willing to rate it pretty high. We are building a studio and I thought it go perfect so I got carried away and bought it way before we needed it and before it was ready to be installed. So a couple months pass and we finally got it up. We tried it and everything worked great. On the 3rd time we turn the fan on to show our guests it suddenly stopped and it no longer works. We haven't even finished the studio and the fan does not work. I'm so disappointed. I like the lights and design I want to keep it but we need a fan. I even recommend it to friends and family because of how pretty it looked. It's to late to get a refund or to exchange it to a working one. I still want it I just need one that works.

We had a hard time putting the light apparatus together but the hook up to the ceiling was a breeze. The fan puts forth great circulation with different settings available. You can also create a very bright light or a dim light. I love how it fits close to the ceiling because we have bunk beds. It's programed by a remote.

The instructions are hysterical. See pic 2 for the wiring portion. The one installation video tutorial linked to this listing literally skip over the wiring too. Wth? And pro tip-don’t bother asking Redit electricians because they’ll be all “ThAt’S wHaT yOu GeT fOr BuYiNg SoMtHiNg NoN uL lIStEd OfF aMaZoN” The wires on this fixture are Red(labeled L) and Black (labeled N), which don’t match up with most US wiring. US uses Black as Live and white for Neutral. So you’ll need to wire the Red fixture wire with the black wire in your box and connect the black from the fixture to the white wire in your box. The instruction provided are only for assembling the fan and using the remote. Other than that installation was easy. It’s lightweight and only 2 wires and it works well with the remote and the app. You’re welcome.

Im having a hard time with the remotes they don't connect

There is nothing not to like about this beautiful light / fan combo. 3 different shades of lighting. Dimming feature. The fan is plastic, it throws a good amount of air. I have it on 1 Just now, with a window open, and that is very comfortable. It goes up to 6 speeds. You don't have to go up or down 1 by 1. You are at #6 and want less, just push #3, etc. It has a reverse button too, so no more having to get up on a ladder to change from spring to fall. The remote is wonderful. We're in the new age now. I haven't been able to get the remote on my phone, not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I'll try again. Not a deal breaker.

I bought two lights, easy to ensemble (as per husband input). They look stylish, fan, remote, and lights work perfectly.

Fan looks nice, pretty easy to install. Can be very bright if you need. Fan is small but has 6 speed settings and throws a lot of air when on the highest setting. Fairly quiet. Read other reviews... the app does not work. I assumed people just weren't following the directions or whatever, but I spent a lot of time trying to get the app to work and it would not.

As pretty as it is, you can tell this is a junk product. You get colorful instructions on how to put the screws in and the fan blade - something a 4 year old could figure out - but none for the wiring. Wiring is blue and brown and the ground wire is taped over and about 3" long. The wires are very flimsy and there is no easy way to hold the fan up and connect your wires. Once I managed to hook one piece on a screw, I could use 2 hands to deal with the ridiculously short ground wire. The cross piece that they show in the picture is about 6" wide and barely clears the electrical box. Using drywall sinks against the box was ridiculous and ineffective. I ended up using the 2 machine screws from the old light to mount it to the box. The box wasn't flush with the ceiling so that was a whole other issue. The video shows it just being screwed to a piece of drywall which unhelpful. After much sweat and swearing, I managed to get everything connected and it fried as soon as I turned it on. For $200 I expected much better quality. You also get a bunch of other parts with no indication if they are needed or not. Lesson learned.

Absolutely love this fan/light! It was easy to install which I can’t say about any other ceiling fan we own. The air it circulates is amazing for the size. It’s almost silent. I love the different light types you can choose from. From extremely bright to a soft warm light. We put this one in the upstairs landing and I’ll be ordering more for the bedrooms. 5stars!!
