Smooth and compact
The Zecti Carbon Fiber Slider is very well built and makes your shots smooth as silk. In addition to the slider, a nondescript carrying bag and screw hole adapter to fit either 1/4 or 3/8” camera mounts comes included. Other than that, it is pretty simple to use. There are two carbon fiber tracks for the slider to glide on, allowing up to 15.7” of movement, which is long enough for most cases. A red nob adjusts the amount of friction and a bubble level insures the slider is level. It supported my Sony a7r II with a lens just fine (around 3 pounds) and the movement felt very smooth. There are four adjustable rubber legs so the slider can be placed directly on a table or the slider itself can be attached to a tripod, which may be helpful for more front-heavy setups. The only negative is that the screw on the plate for where your camera attaches is not the twisting kind, meaning I have to twist my camera onto the slider. I bought a quick release plate to alleviate this minor annoyance. Overall, this is a very well-built slider and is compact enough to travel with.

Great Build, Easy To Use
Build quality of this product is excellent for what it is. Super easy to setup and adjust the setting for different looks of the video. Love the setting where you can change the angle of the video as the camera is moving down the slider. Nice easy on and out of motion on the camera slider is great. Like it came with a storage/carrying bag. Only thing I’d suggest to change is to update the app to be a little more intuitive/modern.

High quality matierals and very smooth.
I've been looking for a slider for a while now - specifically to take in the outdoors backpacking and kayaking. The small size of this slider was a big plus for me - small footprint and easily fits in even a day pack. I thought maybe the swivel head in the pictures would be included, but it was not - you get the slider, 1/4-20 to 3/8 adapter, the slider, and carrying case. However, the slider pairs beautifully with a good fluid video head. I have the Yuengteng head (which I highly recommend), and it really adds a lot of capability to this slider. I was really impressed with the quality of materials used. The camera plate and frame supports are CNC aluminum in matte black finish. The rods are what appears to be carbon fiber, and the adjustable feet have anti-slide rubber feet with knurled aluminum stops. The camera plate slides on the rods using plastic rollers, which do their job and make a very smooth slide. My biggest issue with the slider is getting your camera on the plate. There is no quick-release plate, and the threads do not have a thumb/screwdirver slot on the back to put it in your camera. This requires you to spin either the entire slider or your camera around to mount it. I have a strap on my camera, so it gets annoying. However, adding your own video head/ release plate makes taking your camera on and off much easier. Though the slide distance is relatively short, you could conceivable get some 16mm rod and make the slider whatever length you could want! Additionally, another modification that would be useful would be adding an automated (servo) pulley system. There are threaded inserts on the end pieces where such a thing could be mounted. Overall, if you're looking for a small camera slider that conveniently packs away, I would definitely recommend this one. It seems robust, smooth, and rigid, and performing the mentioned modifications would make it even better! Pros: - Packability - Relatively light weight - High quality materials Cons: - Short slide length - No quick release plate -

The best camera slider
Havingt this slider is a great investment for a videographer. It runs quiet, not heavy for transport in the bag that it comes with. It is great to be able to have another camera running effortlessly, which allows you to run another camera without concern. It is a wonderful price compared to the other alternatives. The real selling point is the pivot action that it can do, I would recommend to get this slider to anyone, I haven't found anything else that has a better value.

Smooth - but gets stuck in the middle.
This is a great cheaper alternative for those that want to get into slider work. Be forewarned, you get what you pay for and it’s not always easy to get a smooth slide when it gets stuck in the middle.

awesome! some roller play but easy to fix
awesome slider. It has a little slop in the rollers which I remember seeing in a youtube review before buying it. For the price I don't think you can go wrong and the slop can also be fixed with some thin washers added under two opposite corner rollers. I used some thin washers left over from a bicycle disc brake set because I had them laying around. There is plenty of room for an arca plate to be installed on the bottom and there is both 1/4" and 3/8" holes on each end to allow you to use the slider vertically on a tripod. I've heard these end holes could also be used for attaching a motor.

Versatile, well built, easy to use, a good value
I needed to hang a camera just above the top of a chessboard for a close-up "inspection" of pawns. Was pleased to discover this device flips over and lets you suspend a camera underneath. Even better -- the adjustable feet may be removed and inserted on the other side for full level control and a stable seating. The video shows the result, albeit with my beginner slide technique showing just-out-of-the-box hesitations. It's trickier to slide underneath because there's just a tiny spot to grab on the camera mount that avoids bumping into the center brace/mount. Much easier to slide smoothly in the default position of camera-on-top. The slider is very well constructed, feels and looks solid, and will be a useful piece of kit for these unusual close-up requirements.

Broke quickly
Just got it and was super excited. Used it a few times and it worked great. After a few uses it developed play in the rollers, making the image shake when sliding it. The rollers shouldn't fail after only a few uses!

Pour le prix, il rend bien service. Faut juste apprendre à être régulier, mais le résultat est là.
