I used this protractor to measure the angle of the legs of some old sawhorses. The old, decaying sawhorses worked so well that I wanted to make copies of them. It did just what I wanted.

At first, LCD display was not displaying the numbers completely. - intermittent. I started a return, then received an email from the seller offering this suggestion, which works. According to your issue, it may because of the internal error. Please kindly remove the battery, wait one minute and replace. If it doesn't work, please let us know. We will send you a new item.

I've had no issues with this angle finder. It's built will, accurate and the display functions well. I ordered the stainless steel version and it feels sturdy and locks into the angle in which your set it. Battery is still going strong after a year.

Easy to use. Time saver

While this device seems to be well-constructed and solid, it is wildly inconsistent and inaccurate. After calibrating and zeroing it and slowly, carefully adjusting the angle, it will go from 42... 43... 44... and then jump to a random number, like 516.2. Move it a small amount after that, it jumps to 39, and so on. The locking mechanism it more of a "please hold this angle, maybe" request, not a true lock. The only reason I am giving this two stars is that I'll have a couple nice 390mm rulers after I dismantle it. Edit: Within 24 hours, the seller contacted me and offered troubleshooting tips to try to fix the issue. I had already tried these steps, and the seller issued a refund. The product still has two stars, but five stars to the seller.

Great if you have angles in your house. Seems to be pretty accurate.
