Light, lemony and effective
So far so good! I feed a couple of stray cats on our front porch every day and I started noticing a strong plasticky kind of smell outside and intensely in the empty food bowls when I would retrieve them to wash and put out fresh food. It doesn't smell particularly ammonia-y or musky, but it lingers like crazy, even after a scrubbing with dawn powerwash. It is clearly some kind of animal pee, but I don't believe it to be cat pee. We see possums, raccoons, and foxes around the house at night, so I'm thinking its one of them. In any event I needed something that would eliminate the smell on both the food bowls and the porch. I had a little bit of a pet urine cleaner spray left, which I used immediately. It didn't help on the food bowl, and I quickly ran out of it. Enter this product after a search and reading reviews. I like that this is concentrated, so the gallon will last a LONG time, a good value. I don't much care what the scent is, as long as it kills the marking scent. This legit smells like lemonade. Very light and pleasant. So much so I sort of wonder if it's just diluted lemon juice (half kidding!). After trying it on the food bowl it worked almost instantly. I'm letting it sit on the bowl in the sink for a while instead of immediately rinsing to give it time to work before I need the bowls again. I sprayed down the porch with it after the most recent marking and so far it's still smells like nothing out there. I am pleased! It will continue to use it routinely to keep the porch smelling fresh and to clean the bowls. Next up, we'll use it to clean the litter boxes inside and on the floor around them. So far so good! I can't speak to stain removal because I do not have carpet or stained items to try it on. Out indoor kitties do well keeping to their litter box and 80% of the house is hard floors. The bottle arrived safely with no leaks. The seal under the lid was intact. Because it is concentrated and in a gallon jug, I reused a 1 quart spray bottle, adding 1 oz of Bioda cleaner to roughly 31 oz of water. There are easy instructions on the jug for dilution which recommends 2-5 oz per gallon of water for floors. 4 oz to the gallon, or 1 oz to the quart, seemed an easy ratio to use.

This Really Works!
My household includes two fun loving but sometimes stinky PugaPoos. I have tried several cleaners and Bioda is the first to give me that clean, open window, fresh Spring day clean. Right away, it worked on old, set-in tile and microfiber stains. Sitting in my newly cleaned microfiber covered chair this morning was delightful. The scent was fresh and uplifting. The dilution directions are easy to follow. It arrived in a great package and it is pet safe. I highly recommend this multi-purpose cleaner and deodorizer!

Buy it now!
This stuff is a miracle worker! It will get the stain and smell out. I gave some to my mother in law who had an elderly cat that would pee on the carpet next to the litter box and it removed the smells and stains! Now please note this does NOT stop the pet from going in that spot because it’s not a deterrent! We use this stuff to clean everything now in the house because it smells great and isn’t over powering like most cleaners. I got this originally because we had a new puppy and baby so poop and pee were everywhere!!! I buy this stuff all the time to clean. It’s totally safe around my kids and animals. I also love that it doesn’t leave a residue after using it as well.

Miracle enzyme cleaner
Absolutely the best enzyme cleaner I have used - and I have six cats, some of whom forget where the litter box is from time to time. The smell is light, natural, and pleasant. Some other cleaners mask the odor and smell like a “product.” This smells natural and clean, not like it’s trying to cover anything up. It reduces odors in drains and along the lining of my washing machine (where the gunk settles). You can use it in a spray bottle on sofa fabric or curtains, etc. I just realized I can use it as a floor cleaner, which I am looking forward to trying. This is better than Nature’s Miracle - it’s an actual miracle.

Works good but POWERFUL smell
I got this for cat pee due to my cats continuously peeing on the sofa. It worked really well getting what I assume was the scent left in the middle of the cushion that I could not longer smell. Unfortunately, though the smell is pleasant in small doses when using it for sofas/mattresses it gets really powerful, I had to crack a window and clear the room. It worked very well for my drain which I did not even know it could do until I got the bottle! Shower drain was backed up and we had tried DrainO, boiling water, etc. When I saw that this could be poured down drains to help clean it out I figured it couldn't make things any worse. After the first day pouring about 1/2 a cup in the shower it started draining faster, after 3 days it started draining good as new.

WORTH it!
Love this... we have an older cat that likes to pee in the corner of the basement, cleaning liquids did not deter her from continuing to use that corner and it was always overwhelming with the smell from the cleaners. This cleaner has eliminated the smell and stopped our cat from going back to the corner. This cleaner was not overpowering on the smell and it was easy to understand and easy to use... will absolutely buy it again! It costs more than cleaning liquids, but you can also dilute it

Great smell. Well made product
Great smell. I’m really funny about smells that. I usually don’t like anything. I’m very particular I like Downey unstoppable‘s unlimited edition. This is very clean. It’s not too clean. It’s got a fresh citrus smell. It’s inviting. It smells like you care about your house and your family it doesn’t have a lasting odor which I would like, but it does appear to clean the floors very well on vinyl and then not overall very happy with the product doesn’t leave a residue great product.

Not my first pick.
I used to treat some cat urine soiled clothing found in a closet. I didn't get the results I would have hoped for. It caused an even worse smell which took several water washings to lessen. I washed the garments in just water a few times, then I soaked them 24 hours in a heavy solution of cleaner and hung them to dry naturally. They smelt worse so tried washing with laundry detergent a few times, oder still wasn't completely gone. Some fabrics worse than others. Then I actually rinsed each individual piece by hand for several minutes ringing them out by hand. It would have been faster and cheaper to throw them out and buy new. Second load, I rinsed every garment by hand for several minutes, rung them out by hand. Then I mixed some of the cleaner with water and soaked. Hung to dry. Then washed them. Then washed them again using baking soda. That seemed to remove the smell. It didn't seem to clean the smell out of the carpet, cats went right back. I have had better luck with some other products. I accidentally ordered this product again. I need to keep better track of product names that work. Good luck fellow pet owners.
