Have other bonsai trees that are just fine but this one died within a very short time after arrival! Very disappointed.

This item arrived 2 weeks after estimated delivery date. When it arrived it was just like 2 twigs coming out of the pot, however it has started to have shoots coming out and hopefully will grow into a lovely plant

Picture shown is deceptive
I received my order , and it looks nothing like the picture, although I understand it won't have leaves this time of year , but there has been no effort made to shape it in to something that looks like a bonsai , and it doesn't have a thick trunk or labelling of what the plant is , as shown in the advertisement, you are basically paying for two thin twigs in a pot , as shown in my picture.
