I know I was always told how important calcium is, but what we fail to realize is that vitamin-D helps with the distribution of calcium throughout our bodies. One of the worst purchases I've made in my 60 plus years of life
I read the 1 star reviews. I couldn't accept they were indeed accurate. They are most definitely accurate. This book has 113 pages. BUT the pages between each chapter has a star on the front of the page and is blank on the back. Some chapters are 1/2 page long. It is approximately 6x8 inches. The tiny bit of information is easily found on the internet. It's a shame that this book costs almost $40. Simply and truly a shame.

I enjoyed what Mr. Terzakos says about healing. learning how to love yourself is key!
Studying the body is key, learning too love your self is key. I enjoyed the simplicity of instruction and the breaking down what should do and not do. I'm encouraged by the way that healing is my body is my responsibility and not the doctor's. It's not wrong to have a doctor but first be a student of your own health and healing.
