You'll need to read and reread the operating instructions. (Maybe write down the steps so you don't forget like I did and had to figure it out all over again.) Appears it was translated from another language for the European market. Once you figure out how to set time and hardness level then it's a go. Stick to any recipe with a total of 3-4 cups of liquid. More than that and the mixture will expand over the metal bowl necessitating extra clean up. Check ice cream at the 20 minutes mark. One batch I made with pureed strawberry froze up quickly and the machine stopped working. Too thick to move. Cleans beautifully and is fairly quiet as demonstrated in the video. Well made and worth the purchase price!

I tried another ice-cream/yogurt maker and this one is the best. Very easy to make yogurt. Just add milk, one tbl spoon of plain yogurt, put on mixing mode for 5 minutes, then press yogurt mode. 12hrs later you get a great yogurt. Just place the yogurt in a strainer, to get water out, leave it in until you get the consistency you like. Then, enjoy!!!! Ice- cream: run the ice mode for 10 minutes, (so the cream doesn't start turning into butter), then add your cream and flavoring, press ice- cream function and wait until it beeps. The maker keep the ice- cream and yogurt refrigerated, so you can make the yogurt overnight and it still cool. The ice- cream stays also cool until you're ready to serve.

This is my first ice cream machine and am I Glad I chose this one it's easy to Operate and nd easy to clean.. I've had it for a couple of weeks and have made Several batches of soft serve.. WOW good and stupid easy to make. Frost line soft serve mix comes in a big bag and add milk and whatever flavor you want.. Perfect..

I purchased the ICE2086BY. The machine won't worked. It would run for a total 16 seconds then go to the cool mode. The user manual is not very well written. It does not go into detail about the different functions. Searching the internet for any help was fruitless; very disappointed!!

Our brand new ice cream machine came in today! We agre excited to use it, it is so shiny and so very easy to use! Homemade ice cream is now totally do able and so much more tasty and healthy than store bought ice cream. We love this unit and recommend it to anyone! The only possible drawback is that the metal bowl freezes to the cold plate so you have to wait before you can take it out to clean. That's a minor issue and a testament to how well this machine freezes. This only affects your clean up time. Thank you.

Oy 4 stars due to the poor manual. —> The manual needs to be completely rewritten. The product seems solidly built. I've made ~20+ batches of ice cream. The user manual is poorly developed and understanding the various options is managed through "trial and error". How to make yogurt? No idea. My ice cream recipe is better than theirs. Use your own and adjust as needed.

This beats the old style ice cream machine that requires adding ice and rock salt. It's super easy to use. Just add your ingredients and walk away. I've made more batches of ice cream since I bought this, than I have in the last 30 years combined!

We love this ice cream machine. So far we've made vanilla, coffee and strawberry ice cream. It's good right out of the machine like soft serve or you can put the cream in the freezer if you like it more frozen. It's so easy to use. Just put the ingredients in, make your selection and start it.

We are pleased with this unit. Makes ice cream in under 40 minutes depending on desired hardness setting.

Fonctionne a la perfection. Facile d'utilisation,rapide (une crème anglaise chaude 1litre et 40min après votre glace est prête) Je n'ai pas encore testé de sorbet, ni de glace hors creme anglaise maison. Je conseille vivement l'utilisation de poudre stabilisatrice 5g par litre ,ça évitera a votre glace de générer des cristaux de glace. Même si votre glace après conservation au congélateur semble très dure ,en bouche elle reviendra parfaitement bien. Mangez la sortie de la sorbetière c'est une tuerie
