Also for beginners, I added a sticker emphasizing that the first thing is to determine if they are Opener, Responder, Overcaller, or Advancer. Without that, they get to the wrong page. Best book I have found.

Buy this book; you won't go wrong.
Bridge is a complex and nuanced game, but this book makes its language clear. I first learned the rudimentary game 65 years ago, and am hoping to re-engage after a long absence. Bridge At A Glance puts everything at one's fingertips, literally, in a concise and well laid-out fashion. Color coded and easy to follow, it reveals the heart of a truly good teacher: how to present material in a way that anyone can readily understand. Thanks to this little book, I'll be speaking fluent bridge in no time! Bravo, Audrey Grant!
