I have used these for years they seem to help with immunity. Bacteria nor viruses seem to care for oregano. Sometimes u will get a slight burning or taste come back after taking. So be sure to take with food. Great quality company. I use only this brand.

These are the best capsules. Reliable brand that uses clean ingredients. This is also the only brand that doesn't cause me to get heartburn from the oregano oil. Other brands can burn and taste like you are burping up oregano all day long. Easy to swallow capsules and have totally changed my immune system for the better. They are a little more pricey than other brands but they are worth it.
