Not sure if it is like a standard screw thing on the tripod but I think it might be. Will try to include some picture later. So far 3 people have said that it almost instantly cured their kneed pain or at least made it better, with just some regular knee pain it seems to have helped but if it is like some kind of really bad acl tear or etc it probably won't help all that fast.
