I bought this cap as a dupe for more expensive deep conditioning caps. So far, I love this cap for deep conditioning my natural hair on a weekly basis. I heat mine up for 1 minute and a half and it stays hot for around 30 minutes. If I want to keep my cap on for longer, I just pop it back in the microwave. My hair feels noticeably softer. The only con is it can be a little tight when going over your showercap, but as long as your hair is braided/twisted, it should fit. Also, I'm not a fan of the rubber edges, but if you make sure your edges and nape are covered with a showercap, you should be fine! Overall, I would highly recommend especially if you have low porosity hair or want to beef up your deep conditioning routine.

Just okay. I Microwaved for 60 seconds because the recommended 30 seconds was not warm enough. I set a timer for 20 minutes, it stayed hot for about 10 minutes before starting to cool off. So I had to reheat it again. 3 stars because it does not stay warm longer than 10 minutes and because it is a very tight fit. If you have a larger than average head or alot of hair, would not recommend. I have thin short hair and its very tight.

This cap fits well and snug where it does not come off. Mine stayed warm for about 20 minutes with 40 seconds in the microwave. If I would have know the results of my hair afterwards, I would have purchased sooner. I washed my hair as usual. Instead of a shower cap after conditioning, I used this cap. OMG! My hair was so soft afterwards and easy to comb through. This is just what my hair needed. I can't wait to see the long term results. Better yet, I received an email from a live person after I received the cap. A real live person! That is rare and made an even better difference when deciding on my next purchase.

This was a great way to do a deep conditioning treatment anywhere. The cap is really comfortable and has an elastic band to conform to heads of all sizes. You can heat this in a microwave and use it for curling your hair. Being able to do deep conditioning treatment anywhere is great, and it can save a trip to the salon. You can also use it for for leave in moisturizer. I was really happy with how comfortable it was. Also it's well made and very durable. I have used it several times and it's worked very well. I have really thick hear, and treating it can be very difficult. I also don't like the cost associated with paying a hairdresser to do things like deep treatments. I usually have my hair cut at least four times a year and my hair takes a lot of time to properly care for. Cutting out additional trips to the salon is a huge money saver.

This cap does what it says it does. This is the only one of these I've ever had so I don't have anything to compare it to. It stays warm as it's supposed to. It's a bit heavy and slides down over my eyes if I try to really do anything other than just sit down with it on. I try to make sure I'm going to do something sitting down with my head up while it's on (like watching TV). I do have an average to small head though. It appears to be made well too.

I’m not happy at all with this heat cap. It was MUCH too large, and it didn’t hold heat. I purchased this cap because my previous purchases of a different band was no longer available. And my decision was based on customer reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend this cap.

Ich habe Afro Haare Typ 4a/b/c und ich habe es gekauft für meine Kuren (Öl und Conditioner). ich wollte eine Wärmehaube haben, mit der ich rumlaufen kann, um noch Sachen zu erledigen. Erstmal hatte ich es in die Mikrowelle getan für 15 sec ohne zu wissen,dass meine auf 1000W war. Es hat leider nichts gebracht und ich habe es für 2 min drin gelassen. Leider wurde es zu warm an der Stelle auf der Kopfhaut, wo eine Berührung zustande kam. Für 1,5 min und 1000W finde ich es ideal und es spendet für ca. 15 min die nötige Wärme. Es ist dennoch nicht zu vergleichen mit einer Wärmehaube, die Strom benötigt, weil die Wärme mit der Zeit abnimmt. P.S. ich hoffe nur, dass es ok ist bei 1000W 😁 Mein Youtube Kanal heißt: Blaq Rose

This heat cap is a Really nice cosy fit the material is strong and soft on the head. The instructions says 40 seconds to heat in the microwave which I think is sensible however wasn’t hot enough for me. I heated mine for 2 mins just be careful when putting the bonnet on as it can get HOT!!!. Make sure you massage all areas of the bonnet especially the middle for good heat distribution. The edges get hotter first. I would say heat in stages I liked my warmer than instructed which worked perfectly for my conditioning treatments. I loved the fact that I could walk around the house and do my chores without being restricted by a plug in bonnet. Definitely worth purchasing if you want a luxurious pampering spa 🧖🏾‍♀️ experience for your hair. My hair came out moisturised and beautifully conditioned.
