I’ve bought like 4 already. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality hardwire kit *by D***W on October 6, 2018* Good sized gauge wire makes it easier to work with. Bought a different hardwire kit that had much thinner wires that was much harder to crimp. Used this with a spytec a119 dash cam ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works ok *by I***A on November 4, 2019* Bought this hardwire kit for my dash cam after buying a new car earlier this year, and wanting to hardwire it instead of having cables running everywhere like they were in my old car. It seemed to work great at first, but then my dash cam kept turning off at random times while driving. I tried it with a different camera, and it would not even start recording, and would just shut off within a couple of second after it would turn on.The original cable for both cameras worked fine with both cameras, so I figured it was an issue with this kit or my connections. I double-checked my connections, and they were secure. Decided to try using a set of needle-nose pliers to squeeze down a bit on the connector to see if it wasn't getting a good connection, and it seems to have fixed the issue, at least for now.It seems like this may be a hit or miss issue, as I had installed the same kits in my parents' vehicles for their dash cams (same model as mine) last year, and they seem to be working ok.Overall, I'm somewhat satisfied with this hardwire kit. I shouldn't have had to modify the connector the way that I did in order to get it to work again, though.
