Trinity ONE 3-in-1 Press Drip, Immersion Specialty Coffee Maker, Black

It's a pretty cool talking piece because it's like art on a table. I use it for drip mostly but also great for French press. A little difficult to clean because of the steps needed with the removable press piece but overall great! I do like the handle design with the open and close value for the coffee to pour out. Too many cool factors about this not to give a good review.

First of all, it is beautiful! Ok, it is not as utilitarian and small as Aeropress, but it addresses the issue with Aeropress when I have to use all of upper body weight to press coffee through 2 filters (yes, I use two for smoothness and no heartburn). With Trinity One you can just leave the heavy (5 lbs) plunger to do its job and it will slowly come down in a minute or minute and a half. Once you got your workflow down, it is easy to operate and to clean. Aeropress filters or any 58 mm round filters fit beautifully. You don't need to use any, but I prefer my coffee filtered from excessive oils that cause me stomach problems. And the price was just right too, low enough that could say - like to have this beautiful piece even if it doesn't work that well, but it does work!

Es un método completo, funcional y sobre todo muy elegante. Aún con todo y esto su costo me parece extremadamente alto, pues los materiales sí lucen de buena calidad (aunque el depósito sea de plástico) pero no como para costar casi $6,000.00 al día de hoy. Si estás considerando adquirirlo, espérate a que baje de precio y tener algún descuento extra, así lo compré yo y salió mucho más barato. Otro plus (creo) es que es un método que no está en casi ninguna cafetería, por lo que en mi lugar, y seguramente en el tuyo, llama la atención de los clientes conocedores de café.
