Flowers came sealed in a bag. When you cut it open the flowers are very stick together. Very hard to just use a little bit without making a whole mess. They are hard to separate. The flowers expand when you open the bag then expand more after cooking them. Taste good. Smell good as well. Very worth the money. I used it for tea and juice. I would buy it again. I recommend to open the bag and put it inside a sealed jar.
