Pantothenic Acid

You probably read a few of my reviews on here about this stuff. My face is still clear and I’m taking about 4-6 pills a day. It took about 2-4 weeks to clear up my cycle acne. I started breaking out really bad with puss filled cystic hormonal acne. I came back to this supplement because I know I can count on it clearly my skin up. I again tried everything topical and literally nothing work. I knew I had to clear it from the inside out. So again, I started to take about 6 pills a day and worked my way up to about to about 12-15 pills day (4-5 3 times a day) til it cleared up my acne. I’m not a doctor. I know you can’t over dose because you just pee it out. Drink water. I have only used and trusted this brand. I hope this helps and good luck! I suffer from hormonal acne for the past year. I've spent thousands trying med spa and products that didn't work! I've used this for over a month now. You probably seen my reviews on other 2 bottles I bought. I was taking this along w zinc and vitamin D3. I stopped the Zinc and D3 a couple weeks ago after my skin was almost clear. Now my skin is mostly clear w maybe 1 or 2 pimples. Nothing cystic for a while!! Right now my skin have 2 pimples. I have a bunch of scars. I'm supposed to start accutane Monday but w pantothenic I don't know if I really need the Accutane now? I will update you guys more. But I promise, I had horrible acne. Barely a spot w out a bump. I was depressed and suicidal due to my acne. Nothing helped til this!! If I can clear MY skin, you can! I NOW take 6 in the AM and 4-5 evening. It's water soluble vitamin so you won't overdose. Drink water all day and pee it out. I was taking 2-3 daily before then kept on raising the dose. The more I took, the faster it cleared up. Hope this helps. I understand the pain, hiding my face, not leaving home besides for work and covering w makeup. Even feeling like death is better. After almost 2 years and 1000's of dollars. This little cheap bottle of supplements really worked! Oh- for topical, I use the 10% benzoyl peroxide bar soap, gentle cleanser after, sea breeze to tone, a gentle super moisturizer and 10% BP cream. I used all this for a while. Hope this helps:)

These didn't work for my skin, but I suffer from nerve sensitivity in between my eyes. Something is going on with my eye cells, so I will say these pills help with the nerves that form from having eye issues. It relieves the nerve pain, but this product does nothing for my skin. I still have break outs. I am on my second bottle.

I have only been taking this for about 2 weeks but I have already noticed a difference in my skin. I am in my 40s and thought I had left acne in my teens but over the years it seems to have stuck with me. I have trying different skin products for at least the last 10 years. Then I was doing some research on some acne products when I came across a product that had pantothentic acid and L-carnitine in it. It really made sense to try something to fight the acne from the inside instead of topically. I read a lot of reviews and most were positive so I tried it. I started with the 250 capsules because I wanted to start slow. I have read that some people take up to 4 to 5 grams (that is 4000 to 5000 mg)!!!! I started slowly - 250 mg the first day, 500 mg the second and I am now up to 1000 mg daily (two in the a.m. and two in the p.m.) The first week I did notice that I felt a little bloated and was gassy but that stopped after the first week. By the end of the first week my skin looked much improved. The acne that I had was shrinking and I didn't have any new zits either. By the end of this second week, now on 1000 mg, all my previous acne has resolved and even the scars are less noticeable. I only got one zit (my monthly visitor zit) but I treated that with some tree tea oil (which I also recommend). I am probably going to order at least 500 mg capsules next time and might even go up to 1500 to 2000 mg daily. After fighting acne for most of my adult life, I am finally happy with my skin thanks to this product!

Had a problem and had to stop taking product due to side effects. Aggravated my BPH symptoms to the point I had to stop taking it. Not a knock on this product, it just didn't work for me due to health issue.

This stuff is almost like a miracle worker. I was taking hair, skin, and nail vitamins with a high dosage of biotin and I notice my skin react to it. I read adding b vitamins help and all i can say is yesssss

Although im not consistent, my skin has been clearer since using this, easy to swallow, fits description.
