nice & heavy. racks are also sturdy. easy clean like a dream. fit very well in my countertop oven/air fryer. i've baked cookies, Xmas crack, & focaccia, roasted chicken & sheet pan fish dinners; used in the freezer to make chocolate covered yogurt. going to get more for both culinary & crafting purposes.

I like these pans but are disappointed that they discolour. I usually bake/roast between 400 - 425 degree heat. I think this temperature is too high for these pans. They do retain their shape and are a good weight but I am disapponted at the discoloration which is the reason for the four stars. The baking racks are just as advertised and I use them regularly.
