30 day replacement or return from date of purchase. Then the manual says after the 30 days, a 1 year warranty from date of purchase is automatically activated with proof of purchase.

Can you leave the ice machine on all the time or does it all melt and you have to clean it?

We leave ours on all the time. But we do use it regularly. But if it melts, it would just re-freeze.
