The light fixture did not have a dimmer switch option. The floodlights were inspected & tested thoroughly by an electrical engineer and found to be the sole cause of their own failure. Very unsatisfactory product. Do not buy from this manufacturer. Review: Super bright (almost too bright) - I replaced 4 outdoor halogen bulbs with these - and while I'm not huge on the 5k "super duper bright white" color, it does completely illuminate our previously dark driveway / garage so I'm getting used to it. Definitely too white for indoor use, but using these outdoors dropped our utility bill significantly.
