what is all your products sweetened with ?

I have never taken an interest in sweeteners. I was told that I was in a situation where I could become a diabetic and that I needed to loose weight. I bought some diabetic items that were sweetened with sorbital believing I did this that the problem would reverse itself. The products were good but I have not followed up on them.
