On a whim, I bought this for myself and girlfriend. I could noticeably notice strengthening in my fingers. I ended up even getting a stronger one after this. It also functions very well as a fidget toy. Function and fun. Like… FUNctional.

This does what it's supposed to, it isolates each finger. But the plastic parts kind of stick together and don't really slide as well as they should. For the price though, it's a decent option. If you're somewhat strong get the model with more resistance as 5 pounds is easy to grow past in a couple of weeks.

This works much better for me than a traditional hand grip. I literally felt the difference in strength in 3 days. Awesome that you can work each finger individually.

Though this product is a tad more expensive than the generic, it does come in three strengths. However, this is tougher than the one used at Therapy, I chalked it up to it being new as opposed to theirs being years old. It would be nice if Fender could offer a slightly easier one as well as the additional stronger ones. Also, maybe offering a packaged deal of all four at a discounted price for buying multiples? Perhaps, a percentage discount for buying two would be great?Then, a discount for the next two? But as I said, they really need to add an item that's a little easier as well. I will say it is helping my trigger finger strengthen.

Very helpful in developing more strength & sustainability in my fingers & hands… I’m thinking I might have been better off getting the Black Unit to push myself that bit further..?? Maybe I will if I master this one over time…🤷🏻‍♂️👌😎
