I was diagnosed with psoriasis over 35 years ago. The thousands of dollars my family spent on ridiculous treatments that didn't work was a real disappointment, but we didn't know any better and had to try something. This is the best stuff I've used so far for my moderate affliction. Use at your own risk. I put it on when my skin was DRY. I've used other products that say DO NOT apply to wet skin. I've got areas on my arms and legs and around my waist that are bad. I've seen other people who have this crap all over their entire body. I truly feel sorry for myself, but I feel even worse for the people who have it worse than me. I used this product for 4 days straight about 4x a day, and my flakes are gone. It's still red where the flakes were, but it's "smooth" skin now and it doesn't itch. I have stopped using it completely as a test to see how long it will take for the flakes and itchiness to come back. The only thing I can think of that I really don't like is the smell--the smell is really strong, in my opinion, BUT IT'S WORTH IT TO ME. The product is also a bit greasy/oily until it soaks it, but again IT'S WORTH IT TO ME. Based on my initial use, I must give this product 5 stars. If I have any future problems with or change my mind about this product, I will report back.

Works great for psoriasis plaques! I have nickel sized plaques around my body. Ive been applying the ointment for 3 weeks now nightly and some long lasting plaques have begun to heal and return to normal skin. I also apply a urea moisturizing cream soothe and descale the plaques in the morning. This combo is very effective. Totally reccommed this product.

I've had psoriasis for a while now. Years and years. Doctors weren't very helpful, and the medication they gave me didn't work at all. I recently flipped out when it spread to my face, right above my eyebrow and on both sides near my ears. I've been fairly hopeless, and the new areas only made it worse. I've been searching for something like this for a couple years. I read the reviews on this ointment, it seemed worth a shot. I am SO so so so glad I bought this. The spots on my face are gone and have yet to return. A few weeks after using it, I had a tattoo done on my back and the trauma caused a dozen little spots to appear. Normally I would be stressing out over it, but they're almost gone since my husband has been putting Psoriasin on my back for me. This is absolutely worth the purchase! Note: take the instructions on the back seriously. Always wash the area with warm water! Or else Zit City. UPDATE 2020: After a year or so, it stopped being as effective as it had once been. I ended up tossing it and trying a variety of different things until I found a power combo between a stem cell face wash and another competitor brand for topical treatment.

After years of Grenz Rays, injections, Enbrel, pills, topical steroids and every other possible cure, I have finally found something that works on my psoriasis, which I have had since the age of 18. My experience was that the only thing that worked was Enbrel, which requires prescriptions and wrangling with insurance companies since it is so expensive. After losing access to Enbrel (thanks Obamacare) my psoriasis came back with a vengeance and my legs, knees, and arms. I came across this product while simply trying to find something that would stem the tide until I got decent insurance again. To my surprise this product worked so well that I won't be needing Enbrel or any other prescription products...hopefully ever again. I started applying the ointment about two weeks ago, and apart from some remaining redness, ALL OF MY PSORIASIS IS GONE. The thick plaques on my knees and elbows...gone. The persistent patch on my ankle that I've had for twenty years? Gone. All replaced by smooth, pink skin. Not sure if the improvement will continue, but even if it stays like this it's a vast improvement over where I was two weeks ago (or two years or twenty years ago). I would, without reservation, classify this as a miracle drug. And yes there is a slight coal tar smell. But the people who will get close enough to you to smell it are also the ones who know how much you have struggled with this incurable, persistent disease and they will have no problem with it because they know how much its helping you and how important it is to you. And they will like the new psoriasis-free you. Smell? Who cares. It WORKS.

Seller was responsive to shipping issues and item arrived sooner than expected. However, I see no difference with using this in conjunction with salicylic acid cream. Will keep using and hope for the best. Only topical product I have used during my 20 years of psoriasis that has actually worked is Duobrii. Unfortunately there is no generic and it costs over a thousand dollars a tube and I cannot afford that, even with a GoodRX coupon.

I was using DIVOBET, the strongest ointment for cleaning the skin affected areas for 2 days, rest of the week, start applying the coal tar solution on DAILY BASIS, NON STOP, again 2 days for DIVOBET, then continue and so on. Depends on the flakes size you have , you need to continue using DIVOBET till you see that flakes are almost peeled and gone, and here you go .. Now, PSORIASIN was purchased from AMAZON, can’t say it’s bad, but it’s not super or the final medicine to cure and treat psoriasis, it is as I said and explained, supporting cream that helps, and it really helps, you need this item to support your treatment as explained above, or DIVOBET also both together will be super excellent, they work well and prepare your skin as well for applying the solution. It will stop flakes to get worse, it soothing the skin, it stop itching and scaling as it says in the description, it does what it says in the description clearly!! Finally, during the medication, stop using any chemical products, like bath soap or bath shampoo, use organic natural products and try to keep your skin always moisturized..
