### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ such a good ending to the series

Absolutely loved it, so nicely written, finished it so quickly, was so invested in the storyline and the characters, especially Henry, felt like I could really relate to his struggles and his coping mechanisms!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have never been so happy about healthy communication

Daydream is a brilliant example of how important communication to is to all types of relationships, whilst exploring the stressors of student life, continuing the found family vibes, we get a lovely girl group in this one aswell, and the management of other’s expectations is an interesting addition to the truly authentic depiction of people that is first and foremost to this book.Halle and Henry are fleshed out and well established people first and foremost, the fact they are romantic leads almost is secondary. And I thoroughly enjoy that fact - I am a character driven reader is you can’t tell.The supportive nature of the friend dynamic within this is amazing. Friendship specifically acts as a more solid grounding to Halle and Henry’s relationship because it allows their comfortability to be established, and it is also integral to Halle as a character. It wouldn’t have made sense to start Halle and Henry’s story with them hooking up like we had for Stassie and Nate or Aurora and Russ, because Halle is a virgin and innate to her character is the upfront desire for genuine connection that then is followed by sexual interest. How the story builds to that is done intricately but wonderfully.And the level of support and understanding that is the foundation of the successful relationships - both romantic and platonic - is magnificent.Henry’s healthy approach to communicating: whether that’s involving sex and consent, helping to quell Halle’s hangxiety which made my heart absolutely melt, or communicating his need for space, it was an incredible model for establishing relationships in this book. Not to mention the varying responses between Henry and Halle to anxiety, stress and mental distress.I wish we had seen more of Henry’s mums because who doesn’t want to see two queer women raising a child - Henry - together in a healthy and supportive environment? And I loved the context of the authors note in the beginning noting Henry’s neurodivergent traits whilst telling a story that validates the needs of individuals without requiring a diagnosis for them to be met.Overall, Daydream might be my favourite of this series and you can evidently see how much Hannah Grace has grown as a writer.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful love story

What a beautiful love story for Henry. Loved how his struggles were kindly and tactfully depicted. No labels needed which was also nice! Just a happy happy book.
