These are sooooo much better than using the gel! Sticks pretty good! Lasting pain relief!!! A must have! Smell is obviously strong when standing close to someone. But worth it for the pain relief. No greasiness

For whatever muscle, ligament ache and pain, this is my go to for relief. I’ve used these for back, hip pain, knee and neck pain, etc. so easy to apply and remove. I find the relief to be long lasting. While the regular Biofreeze patch is good, I like the lavender Biofreeze patch that’s included in this kit. I use that one at night, the menthol is not strong as the lavender works with it to give an aromatherapy, relaxing scent. Wish they sold the lavender menthol patches separately, but this pack is the only way I can buy both of the scents. They adhere pretty well but sometimes will roll off/come off if on an area that rubs such as a pant leg. I sometimes don’t use the full size patch and cut it in half. No need to get goop on your hands, massaging creams on body, just open package, peel adhesive off and slap on body part that needs pain relief. Recently had total knee replacement surgery and these patches were so effective to relieve nerve pain around and behind the knee as i am recuperating. They are helpful too with any lingering pain at night or after exercise therapy.

I simply could not live without my Biofreeze. It penetrates my aching muscles and joints within fifteen minutes and gives me hours of relief. I always have at least six tubes around my house.

Patches stay in place without any peeling. Works fairly well, but the liquid works better. Patches last longer but don’t feel as effective.

These patches are easy to apply, are pleasant smelling, and are fast acting.

These pain patches are perfect. They last longer than the rollon biofreeze that I have been using. They are large enough to cover a nice size area. If you need smaller they can be cut to fit. I cut them before I remove the plastic backing. I need them to fit on my wrist and that works perfectly. I like them better than Salonpas pain patches. I would definitely recommend these.

Biofreez works as advertised up 4 to 6 hours with a cooling sensation that relieve aches and pain. Doesn't stick very well. The spray a d roll on works wonders.

I have had this patch on my neck for less than one hour. It is already rolling up and falling off. However, on the good side, it did make my neck feel a lot better. I tried taking it off my neck and putting it on my shoulder and it’s doing the same thing it does not stay on. Depending upon where you are planning on using these patches, it might be a good idea to find another way to attach them. I really like the Biofreeze products and that was the reason I decided to try this in the first place.
