I think most students should have this roller at home. Considering how small and effective this, I really like this. The knee pad is soft and hard enough that my knees don't ache as much I thought they would. The rubber roller makes the workout experience smooth and I don't need to worry about scratching or indenting the hardwood flooring. The handles are "grippy" and that is honestly really important for this because it allows you to roll further as you complete reps.Tips: When making a stride, make sure your butt sticks out to get effective workouts. The device was a little awkward and difficult to use. especially with my weak injured back muscles but after only a couple days I felt better than weeks of going to the Chiro. The ball bearings are great, makes it very smooth. The vinyl(?) wheel tread material is great if you are on a hard floor or hardwood and worry about scratching. Initially, I wasn't sold on two wheels, as I like the slightly more challenge of balancing on one wheel but this is so smooth, I now have no issue with the double wheels and if you have balance issues this is better than a single wheel. So far no issues, the foam grips are intact, etc. I have given 2 of these as gifts, my sister commented on how she appreciated the small knee pad. Assembly instructions weren't great but sort of par for the course.
