A: I believe this is 16 ounces

**Q: What Kind Of Mustard Is It?**
A: The ground flour of the perennial, yellow mustard seed Brassica hirta Moench.  A member of the family Cruciferae.  ~ Erica

**Q: Is this mustard the spicy stuff.  I just purchased some other and that one is just like horse radish.  Not what I wanted.**
A: This is a hot mustard that is served in better Chinese restaurants, not the packet kind that isn't hot at all.  There is no taste of horse radish.  I bought this large amount because hot dry mustard is so expensive on the spice shelves in groceries.  I keep it refrigerated, and scoop out a small bottle's worth at a time.  I share it with friends who like Chinese.  Highly recommend if you have refrigerator room.  I would not leave it on a pantry shelf.

**Q: Is this made in China?**
A: I checked my jar, it does not indicate country of origin. That said, Canada produces about 90% of the worlds mustard seeds, so I doubt that this product was made in China.

This is a really good bargain for the price. The quality of the mustard is very good. It worked out well for making mustard pickles and added the flavor that I was looking for. 16oz is a lot of ground mustard, and I'm not sure if I'll ever have to buy ground mustard again. If I do, I'll buy this product again.
