Clover 3649 Needlecraft Interchangeable Cord, 48"

I purchased this cable to see if it would work better than another product I tried first. Purchased the hook size I needed, the 40 inch cable and a couple of stoppers. The combination of the Clover hook and cable is far superior to what I had bought before. They work independently of each other, so you aren't fighting with the hook from rolling around. I'm able to crochet much faster due to this. The one downside is that the cord wasn't 40 inches (maybe they included the length of the hook, too?). It's big enough if I cram the stitches on it (I'm making a king size blanket), but I intend to purchase the set next and a couple of connectors so I can extend the length of the cord by using 2 together. I think you'll love this combination. Give one size a chance if you don't want to spend the $ on the whole set first. That's what I did and the set is next on my list!

Exactly what I needed and much easier to get via online since most brick & mortar craft stores are going out of business around my neighborhood now, so stocks are dwindling fast here.

YOU CAN TRUST THESE. Ever buy cords you just? cant fully trust and put faith into with a large long knit project? Look no more! --I've been knitting a sport weight garter stitch striped "brioche copycat" CALIFORNIA KING sized "family blanket" since May 2024 (I needed a break) and these cords, extensions have failed me not. With the blanket weighing a ton, measuring over 7ft long 4ft wide, I will put all trust in the cords connection to hold it up to make people admire my work. Haha.

Well made and very easy to use, no snagging, came unscrewed once, but checking the connections occasionally takes care of the issue. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be buying more of these.

I needed it for an extra large sweater I was making, and a blanket I plan to make. It work very well with my Knitting needles.

I didn't know this length exist. can't wait to use it for my next big project.
