We went through many replacement remotes before this one. It works so well compared to other models of remotes. I deducted 1 star because the Disney+ button doesn’t work.

buttons work strangely
Good quality, sturdy and as described. If you hold to fast forward or rewind, you have to continually push the button. The same issue with the volume button, you have to hit it over and over to go up on the volume. You cannot just hold the volume button down to continually to raise the volume.
