This little k-cup coffee maker is awesome!! Fast and the coffee is hot! Love the hot shot option. No strong option and I prefer a richer brew so I either use the hot shot option in conjunction with a cup of coffee or add an espresso to it to make it richer. I have zero complaints about this little machine. I didn’t actually need a far father, but it’s very nice that it came with one. I love gadgets! It works very well, again no complaints at all. Same noise level as any other Keurig I’ve ever owned. I think it does make a nice cup of coffee, like I said, I just prefer a stronger brew! I need to add water to this a little bit more often than my previous Keurig, which crapped out a few months ago. I tried to offbrands to make my Keurig K cups, and they both were so ridiculously subpar that I decided just to go back to Keurig. I can fit most of my travel mugs under it when you remove the tray, a few tall ones simply don’t fit, but I can tip them. All in all I highly recommend! Sleek design and looks so nice on the counter.

I bought this Keurig Barista due mainly to the small countertop footprint. I honestly didn't have high expectations for this machine, but wanted a single serve coffee maker; my daily use machine is a Cuisinart Grind&Brew. I researched the many models out there, and ended with this machine - again due to it's small footprint, like an add on to my Cuisinart. I was AMAZED and continue to use it daily and exclusively. I have encountered ZERO problems with leaking, drip missing the cup, not working, working crazy and not having an on-off button makes no difference in my case; I merely leave it plugged in and the lights go off until my next cup (what's the big deal?) The coffee quality is amazing. Better than my grind and brew. My sister has a Nespresso Vertuo and my Keurig Barista is JUST as good without taking up half of my countertop, or having to purchase special pods. Lastly, the milk frother..........makes anything you put into it DEVINE. Absolutely thrilled with this purchase and would highly recommend.

I owned the original Keurig years ago, but the k-cups were too dang expensive so I went back to pour-over (better flavor, not bitter). I bought a K-mini back around 2018 for when my sister would visit, but never used it much. While traveling and in a hotel that did NOT have a coffee maker in the room (why?) I bought an Instant Pot version which was very good, solid machine - the coffee flavor was decent but not the best, and I still like that little machine. All of that said, I have some models to compare this one with - I bought this one because I do like a good flat white, and I'm down with making espresso on the stove, but given my hectic job I typically have to make coffee in between or during conference calls, so something faster is ideal. I was very attracted to the "shot" and "iced" option on this model in particular, and since it was a great price at the time, I decided to go for it and try this model out. I wouldn't have bought this if it wasn't on sale. I was not disappointed - it makes a great cup of coffee when using store-bought k-cups. I prefer just one brand, and while it's not as good as the pour over, it's very full flavored (I'm a coffee fanatic, can't live without the stuff easily) and VERY good for when I'm in a hurry. It makes a stronger cup of coffee overall, which I like. Also, it's very narrow and doesn't take up counter space, which I definitely appreciate. I tried out the "shot" option - it does what it says it does, and I had an excellent (and much cheaper) flat white, so as far as I'm concerned - given the flavor and the shot option alone - this unit is a keeper. I already had a milk frother that I prefer, so I can't attest to the one sent with the kit - it will be a good backup for the one I have. Anyway I definitely recommend purchasing this unit if you're on the fence.

This is perfect! It's sleak so not taking up your whole counter and has all the preset ounces you need. Easy to clean. Worth every penny.

This machine stopped working at 14 months. I called to determine if it was covered under warranty. The customer service agent sent me a prepaid mailing label for me to send the machine back and said when it was received they would ship me a replacement. After a couple of weeks I called to find out where my replacement was in shipment. They said the coffee maker was 2 months out of warranty would not send me a new coffee maker and would send me back my non-working machine. While the machine didn’t work the frother did work and If not for their mistake I would still have the frother. Long story short, there was an error on Amazons side that caused their Asurion insurance I purchased not to work so they issued a credit that would not cover a replacement of the same value…just the coffee maker not the frother. ***I use the frother when my granddaughter comes to visit…a special time for us. I am an honest and giving person and don’t like to be treated in a callus and disrespectful manner. I will purchase a replacement coffee maker AND a frother.

We got this while it was on sale. For under a 100.00 bucks it’s hard to complain. It gets the job done and brews some pretty tasty coffee. Fits on our little filing cabinet at work so that is very convenient. Makes the average noise of any Keurig coffee machine so nothing new there. The frother machine wasn’t working at first but the Amazon rep was able to walk us through the trouble shooting steps and got it working. I don’t like one thing and that’s the removable water reservoir. It feels really loose and like it will fall off if there’s no water in it. Once it’s filled the weight locks it in place. Overall it feels sturdy and well built. The top does have a glossy plastic finish that is susceptible to finger prints and scratches while the siding is a Matte black finish which is better.

Use the “shot” button all the time because my dark roast pods taste more like espresso. Nice little machine that doesn’t take up much space

The Keurig K-Cafe machine works very well. As for the frother, not so much (would not heat up and did not froth). Seller was very prompt in reply and refunded me.
