I would have given it 5 stars but the 4 is due to the pocket/mouth not being deep enough to put multiple notes in it. My 6 year old boy strougles to maintain is emotions and definitely worries a lot at times, and he liked the idea of writing a quick note and feeding it to the worry eater. I'd also think this might be something you could use in both a typical general education classroom as well as a special education classroom. A school counselor could also use it in her lessons when discussing anxiety or worrying.
