Why does this say "this board is not magnetic. It's for storing magnets." Then what is it?

Dear friend，The board itself is not a magnet nor magnetic but will attract magnets and is designed for their use. You can stick various magnets or magnetic things on its surface.

Is it flexible? Needed for front of fridge that has a slight curve to it.

Unfortunately, no. It is thick and rigid. Even slight bending may cause chipping of the finish.

Can it be used as a dry erase or wet erase board?

I am not sure. The surface is glossy similar to a dry erase board but may be too slick to use markers. I selected this particular board more for the magnetic quality.
