The volume controls stopped working on the OEM unit, so I took a chance and bought this one. All of the functions work perfectly so far. As others have noted the zone indicator flashes very brightly in use, but that doesn't bother me at all. I saw where someone was upset about not being able to program this for other devices - this is NOT a universal remote. It is intended to only work with a Denon receiver.
