Which Bissell models can this attachment work with? Will this allow my Bissell upright vacuum to clean wet messes?

This attachment is meant for use with Bissell carpet cleaners for shampooing rugs. It attaches to my upright carpet cleaner through a hose connection and rug shampoo flows through the hose into the 2-in-one Pet Tool. A similar attachment came with my carpet cleaner, but the attachment has stiffer brush bristles and is made for use only on carpet. I purchased this unit for upholstery. It is not made for use with an upright vacuum.

Does this come with the hose attachment and will it work with the bissell crosswave

It does not come with a hose. I own the cross wave and have no idea how you would attach it. It is made for rug cleaners.
