Evening primrose works well for hot flashes. Since I went into full menopause I’ve been taking them and I’m now down to like 2-3 flashes a week. Everyone’s body is different you can try it and see if it will do for you. I can only say what it is doing for me. But it’s worth a try.

I have low thyroid, and I started taking evening primrose oil to help manage the symptoms with my hair and my skin. These definitely help with the itching and rashes for me. I take a couple of different Carlyle products, and I have always found the quality and value to be very good. This is a pretty large gel cap, so if you have trouble with larger pills, you might want to look for a lower dosage that would come in a smaller size.

I have had fibrocystic breast that cause me a lot of pain and Ive tried all the bras and did all the test and a biopsy and nothing seemed to help. I read online this does and it really made a huge difference! Less pain and seems to give me more energy! Would definitely recommend!
