CRAFTSMAN Screwdriver Multi-Bit Set, 6 in 1, Acetate Handle (CMHT66052)

I have bought multiple sets of screwdrivers over the years. Realized that I couldn't find a good #2 Phillips screwdriver anymore. Since only this type was missing (and is also the one I probably use the most) , I did not want to buy another set. I looked around and was able to order some replacements of the single screwdriver, but I also came across this tool. I was kind of skeptical because most of these multi things are not very good. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. First, it is the heavy duty old style Craftsman screwdriver that I am used to. Second, the bit storage is kind of ingenious. Instead of having to unscrew a cap and using tiny little hex bits, the shaft is removeable. This allows a full size double ended bit with #1 and #2 Phillips on one end, and a 1/4" and 3/16" flat blade on the other. Removing the bit makes the shaft function as a nut drive (1/4" on one side, and 5/16" on the other!!!) So you have six potential tools with minimal fuss. I am ordered several more - put one in the cars and stash one where I work on the riding mower, etc.. The bits themselves should be easy to replace if necessary.

Kind of unusual to write a review for a screwdriver but this thing is actually pretty cool. It has a lot of heft and is well made with close tolerances. The bits are also well made and hold tight in screwheads. The bonus of this combo tool is the two different size nut drivers; most of the others I have seen are both 1/4" on both the Phillips and Common ends. As someone who grew up with Craftsman Tools I really like the retro acetate handle and the red/blue colors. Great thing to keep in the kitchen junk drawer as it is 6 tools in one and doesn't take up much room.

Great quality heavy feeling durable screw driver at a really good price it has 2 size options for Phillips and flat head screws along with being able to take the bit out and use it as a nut driver in some instances! Very happy with my purchase and I think you will be too

Craftsman tools are very good quality for the price

I bought this screwdriver to replace a simlar one (that I had had for about 10yrs) that had gone missing. It has a good weight to it and feels sturdy. I like the convenience of being able to flip the bits around quickly to get the one I need. I haven't had this long, so can't speak to how it will hold up over time, but it's a good brand and feels high-quality.

Works fine - very convenient for quick work around the house most of the screws are Phillips or flat and this driver has 2 sizes of each. It is also comfortable in the hand.

Works great, two phillips sizes and two flat head. This covers 99% of what I need and so having this unit handy is great. The grip is solid like the old school craftsman stuff and allows for a very firm grip with the ability to twist much harder than the cheap or thin handled screwdrivers.

Being a Craftsman affinando since the early 70's, do not see any deterioration of quality.

se siente muy macizo si aguanta unos martillazos leves de vez en cuando, lo utilizo para hechar mecanica y hacer instalaciones electricas para la mecanica esta excelente para lo electrico tambien pero si solo estaras apretando tornillos por ejemplo poniendo tomacorrientes, apagadores etc. por varias horas puede llegar a cansar un poco la muñeca porque es algo pesado unos 300g talvez
