Also perfect for use during breakfast.You can make out some of the measurements as numbers are universal so i went with the 250ml of coconut milk.What i ended up with was a disgusting mess of a drink that goes down worse than tequila. Whats more, as i write this review the bottle is sat next to me with the lid off and it smells awful too. Like an old Sunday dinner, with turnip and sprouts. It's gross. I was a professional chef before i moved into the engineering world and would like to think my pallet is decent enough to taste things and give an educated review. There is little to no blueberry taste to this. All you get is a grainy, thick pasty type experience similar to when you eat sand!I don't like to really bash a product, but this has to be the worst protein i have tasted.I find it hard to find any positives with my experience other than im super glad i never paid for this and i was given it to review. and provide an insight of my experience.How else could i use this product to get protein into my body? I can't tell you. But i won't be using it as a drink, or at all again ever. If you're used to vegan protein powders this one will do well too.The direction on a pack say: mix 1 scoop (25g) with water, but the scoop provided is not 1 portion scoop.
