Great prenatal vitamins that includes omega 3 for support during pregnancy. Arrived quickly. I love the fact that the packets have the days on them in order to keep track of whether you have taken the vitamins or not (see photo)!

I bought about 4 different real expensive prenatal vitamins. They all made me sick, this is the only one with no side effects. I can take it before bed and wake up fine.

The omega 3 gel capsule causes acne on my face and back, when I stop, it disappears within 3 days, when I resume taking them I would break out again with 24 hours. But overall it keeps me energized

Hard to say too much about these really. They arrived fairly quickly. The packaging was a little bashed up, but the product was undamaged and the seal was intact so I wasnt bothered about this. The vitamins pills are fairly big to take and you need water to swallow them otherwise they'd probably stick in your throat. The oil ones are smaller, but could also stick a bit to your throat without a good glug of water, so I'd be sure to have some on hand. Generally, they seemed to do the job, though with vitamins you never really know exactly whether they are doing everything that they are supposed to be! I'd recommend these and I will be using them again.

I'm not sure if it works for me because I always forgot to take it. I'd taken it only 2 times when I realized my wife was pregnant. Anyway, my baby is already one year old, she is healthy and beautiful. I've been buying them for my friends who have difficulties having a baby and so far they are all mothers now.
