At first I was shocked at how small the units were. I’ve come to appreciate that because it doesn’t take much space on my desk, and in no way inhibits the sound quality of the intercom. Sound is absolutely great you can hear clearly and you don’t have to be right up on the mic, I can walk around my office while on the intercom still being heard perfectly and I can hear them perfectly. It really does have great sound clarity. It’s simple and it works. I recommend this intercom over the others I’ve tried. It’s a win

But they’re so practical in our 4-story house with kids. Easy to set up and use. They work on all floors. Would be nice if they were more easily wall mountable.

It works great. No more yelling up the stairs when food is done or when I need to call my children down. It's great communication with out having to yell. I have 3 floors in my home so, great find.

We use 4 modules in various rooms, they've been in use for about a month. They're easy to set up and use, and the sound quality is clear and good. Update: after 7 months 1 unit became noisy & intermittent. There isn't a way to contact Hosmart for support, their Amazon store doesn't list their webpage or contact info. Amazon didn't help provide this info. I found their website via a search, the section on the site to contact them is broken. Update: It's been 1 week since I emailed them and I haven't received a reply. I suggest to buy from a different company.

I purchased these for a Women’s Shelter, they needed to communicate between rooms and to the Office. They said that set-up was easy, the connections are clear without background noise from other users in the neighborhood. They work great from room to room in the shelter. If there is a question, emergency or any other need, someone can be reached quickly from the room in question! They said they are very happy with the way they work and filled an important role. I researched a lot of different ones before deciding on these. They do a good job and don’t cost top dollar.

Overall these do the job most of the time. But one of my kids had a lot of trouble with his unit. We think it's because he has a lot of electrical equipment in his room which causes interference. Often, he can't hear me or I can't hear him. The other units are excellent tho.

Couldn't get it to work.

The issue we had is that some of the kids' bedrooms are on a different level in the house and I was afraid we may not hear them if they needed something at night. The kids are 7 & 13, not babies. This was a great solution to our problem. Easy to use and easy to understand the other person. No static and it is a 3-way conversation.

The product was delivered before delivery time. We delayed the opening of Product & it was found that one of Device was/is not working. Request to please do the needful.
