It was not even close to full and should have zipped up easily. I have continued to use this bag, but as the main compartment is gaping open and things tend to fall out if I bend over at all, I can't recommend it. Super disappointing as I think it's super cute and I was really looking forward to a diaper backpack this time around, rather than the standard bag. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Stylish option for lugging kid’s stuff *by W***B on Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2018* Great features. Wide top opening. Multiple pockets, comes with a changing mat which is helpful, bottles or water bottles have a spot, and nice color. Can hold with handles or on your back. I only gave it a three because the thread on one of the straps is coming loose, and I will have to take it to a seamstress to fix the issue. That is a real pain, but otherwise the bag is quality looking and I would recommend if they can strengthen those straps to have it carry the weight with out thread coming out.
