The reviews for other brands varied and I was slightly apprehensive to buy one. One day I bought an Isi from Williams Sonoma and was very disappointed to discover that the bottle was made from plastic. I looked on desertcart later that day and this siphon by Lovin had JUST been added. I ordered it and I could not be more pleased with it. I use very cold ice water and pour it in the bottle using a funnel after removing the cubes. I then use one 8g cartridge and shake it vigorously for 30 seconds. I then let it rest in the freezer for 10 mins. Then I do a second 8g cartridge. It tastes great and has a pleasant burn in the back of the throats when drinking it. Good seltzer should hurt! Lol *Do not use two cartridges unless the water is VERY cold and you allow it to rest for 10 min allow the gas to be dissolved in the water prior to using the second cartridge. Otherwise, there will be too much pressure and the safety valve will open shooting water every where. Review: Try Again - It didnt work. Didn't fizz. Returned it BUT bought again. Received today.
