I wanted a diffuser that held a lot of water. I've had Govee products before so this was a no brainer as it has customizable lights underneath. It also has two different levels of mist production which is nice.

This diffuser works really well and is easy to set up with the app, Alexa, and Google Home. I like being able to schedule timers and adjust mist levels remotely, which makes it very convenient. The built-in light settings are colorful and double as a gentle night light. It runs quietly, creates a relaxing atmosphere, and lasts through the night without frequent refills. Cleaning takes a little effort, but overall it’s one of the best smart diffusers I’ve used.

As a huge fan of the Govee brand, I was excited to try out their oil diffuser, and it did not disappoint! Setting it up was a breeze, and connecting it to the app was quick and hassle-free, with no connection issues whatsoever. One of the standout features is the scheduling option, which allows me to have the diffuser start about half an hour before I come home from work, so my house always smells amazing as soon as I walk in. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with oils, so I had to shop around a bit to find a good selection. I usually run it for about an hour on weekdays and two hours on weekends, and I typically need to refill it about once a week. The diffuser does get a little gunky over time, but this is mentioned in the instructions, so it's not a surprise. I make sure to clean it before each refill to keep it working smoothly and so I don't get grossed out. The only thing I’d love to see added is the ability for the diffuser’s light to sync with my Govee TV light bars and movie scene feature in the app—though it’s possible I just haven’t figured that out yet. Edit: it is possible! I just went into the Movvie scene on the app, went to add device, and selected it!

This Govee essential oil diffuser is excellent! Easy to use and clean. Highly recommend it.

I enjoy all product of this brand...the only thing I wish is that I could buy another brush to clean it

So I own like 10 different govee products at this point (lights, fan, humidifiers etc) and have tried 2 different humidifiers by them and this aroma one now. This is perfect for next to my bed needs. Note this is not going to provide the same results as a bigger humidifier for an entire room but for next to my bed running while I’m in here during the winter 10/10 It’s small enough to not take up that much space while still having a large enough tank that I’ve had going for almost a full 24 hours and required less than 17fl oz of water. I saw a couple reviews say this eats water too quickly so I’m not really sure what they were talking about but I also have my mist setting on low at all times because I don’t need it on high honestly. I also like how I can optionally add essential oils. BE MINDFUL OF WHAT OILS YOU USE BECAUSE SOME ARE SERIOUSLY TOXIC FOR CERTAIN ANIMALS DO YOUR RESEARCH PLEASE. it’s not silent but it’s not loud either and doesn’t disrupt my sleep at all. Paired perfectly with my govee app. You can turn off any and all lights if you want including the power button for those like me sensitive to light at night. Also I love how you can’t over fill it and it shuts off the moment the lid comes off. Very happy with that feature. Overall I strongly suggest!
