This journal is awesome! I purchased it for a friend's anniversary and I know she will love it. The leather looks rich and is smooth. The gold tone snap closure is an added bonus and matches the gold lettering in the personalized name on the front of the journal. When I received the item, however, the pen was non-functional, but when I reached out to the seller and explained the circumstances, I had a replacement in two days--just in time to present my friend her gift for Christmas. There was no hassle and a stress-free transaction. By the way, the pen is a very good writing one, it's black, with a smooth fine tip. I'm so impressed with both the merchandise and the service, that I've decided to make a separate purchase of the same item for myself.

This is the best personalized journal EVER!!! Since May 2025, I’ve ordered 5 of these fabulous journals. 2 for high school graduations (Tan), 1 for a college graduation (Tan), 1 for Father’s Day (Tan), and just this week, I purchased one for my mother’s 70th birthday (Black). She is definitely going to LOVE IT because she loves personalized items. And can I say fast shipping? From the order date to delivery date is about 4-6 days. QUICK. Each of the recipients loved their gifts. The gift box and pen add a special touch and makes it easier to wrap the gift. The gift box is an additional $8.00 fee but it is so worth it. The gift will still be under $40.00. I missed something on my mother’s order. I called the company and they corrected it right away. And I received the order in three days. Crazy fast shipping. This item was perfect for a corporate gift! The texture of the book and the paper inside is very nice. Everything came exactly as I had ordered and the seller kindly wrote post-its of the which book was whose so I wouldn't have to open every box to look. Would highly recommend as a little, custom giveaway.

This was a Christmas gift for wife. It was nice; unfortunately it came after Christmas. I don’t necessarily fault the seller, but had I known it was coming via USPS, I would have just waited another month and given to her for her birthday. USPS is challenging around that time of year, and it would have have been nice to know that it was shipping that way. Future note to seller - probably need to make the shipping cutoff longer than a week if using USPS.
