As someone with a variety of pills and vitamins, I wanted to make sure I could hold everything and have it well organized so I didn’t miss a medication. The top zipper was great to put medication that I needed to grab as we were traveling, like anti nausea medication or something for tummy issues. A few times I had to open my backpack and grab something out of that top zipper area while at the airport or on a bus. I tried locking it a few times, but I really didn’t need to often. It was a little clunky to make sure you got the zippers in the lock when I had it full of medication. If I was someone older or had arthritic hands, I might’ve struggled with the lock. I really didn’t need the lock, so I just rarely used it. The bottom area was tall enough to easily contain some of my taller medication bottles, like vitamins. My Costco sized vitamins were still too big, so I just had to carry those on the side, which worked fine. But everything else fit in well. I liked the ability to adjust in the inside dividers, as I could then corral some pills in different ways, like my fatter bottles in one area. Secondly, and the big thing here, is that each zipper toggle on each zipper aligns with its other zipper toggle to form a little “o” piece that you are able to put a thin lock through in order to lock your bag for safety and security!
