**Q: After grinding how do you prepare it?**
A: Prepare as you normally prepare coffee.

I personally do a 15:1 ratio of water to coffee by weight (e.g. 225 grams of water per 15 grams of ground coffee). I do a three-minute Hario V-60 pourover with 200ºF water.

The Malala is remarkable: it has a dark chocolate and smoky roundness in the mouth followed buy a smooth soft tannic finish. This is enhanced buy a mint like brightness. You are serving both sets of "customers" well especially in light of the UN report on the impending famine in Yemen because of the Saudi blockade. I just want to say we will be repeat customers and I think you are doing good work.
