Fish like Anchovies and sardines cannot be farmed - There is no money in it which gives the consumer perfect real omega 3s which you cannot get from farmed fish. Packed very well and the correct flavour which anchovies should have. Very Happy indeed - Lightly saute them with garlic, shallots and butter and you have a phenomenal nutritious snack
